What do you like best about this course?:

I liked learning how to apply my prior calculus knowledge to multivariable calculus

she is a very nice and patient TA and makes the course materials really logic and clear which I benefit from her recitation a lot

Encouraged learning and growth

Instructor was very energetic and presented information in a good tone rather than being monotone.

How everything was well explained, and organized. Alexi always had a game plan, and managed her time in an efficient way. She graded the mid-terms within a day! Alexi is genuinely a great TA, and i wish i would have her for my future math classes.

Lecture wasnt helpful so I learned the majority of the material from Alexi's recitation

Alex gave us a great review.

If you were teaching this course, what would you do differently?:

Provide practice exams to help the students get an understanding of what will be on the exams

make the quiz time shorter because if someone has a class 20minutes later, he will probably not be able to catch the buses and consequently be late for class

Make examples harder so as to reflect questions that will be on the test

Not assign maple labs, since i do not find them helpful.

Do example problems like EVERY problem that will be on the quiz, not just some of them. Recitation is for reviewing, so what is the point of not going over everything that we will be graded on if you want us to do well (and I know that she does).

I will related new knowledge with what we've learn before, so that students will be understand this course deeper.

In what ways, if any, has this course or the instructor encouraged your intellectual growth and progress?:

Encouraged to think why things happen

Alexi has helped me learn how to understand the material in this class. Without her help, it would have been difficult to grasp the information that was given during lecture.
