What do you like best about this course?:

The difficulty is just right. Not too hard, but still presents a challenge.

It is focused more on the concepts behind mathematics, not just computations.

She's a fantastic teacher. Seriously, by far the best person I've been taught by at Rutgers. She's friendly, nice and at no point in tackling sometimes difficult material did she ever present the information in a way that was not intuitive.

Alexi was very nice and always very excited about the material

The warm up before quizzes help a lot

She's a great TA very excited and willing to help. Amazing

The reviews before the quiz were extremely helpful in understanding the material we were going over at that time.

Its material was interesting to study.

She is the BEST TA I have ever had. Because she helped me to learn the Math, and we can get a lot of useful infomation from her.

Teacher was knowledgeable about subject

If you were teaching this course, what would you do differently?:

The speed and difficulty ramp at some points is a little difficult. Also, assign homework to be collected and graded. Its more motivation to actually do it.

Nothing

Nothing. By far the best recitation I've had at Rutgers.

The course is constructed in a very sound way.

nothing it was great

maple assignments don't really serve a purpose in the class.

I don't think I could have or would have done anything differently.

I would have graded homework.

NO, she is really really good!!!

Not have a quiz every week

In what ways, if any, has this course or the instructor encouraged your intellectual growth and progress?:

In her class, many of the difficult calculus concepts were broken down and simplified to be more understandable.

She tries to relate concepts to real world situations.

Every single topic we covered was explained in a way that made multivariable calculus seem both simple and less daunting.

I know so much Calc 3 now

Made sure to clarify all topics and that no student was confused.

This has taught me the importance of doing homework in preparation for the course quizzes and tests.

She sent us email everyweek to tell us what will be covered in this week reciatation, and tell us there will be wonderfuk quiz. This makes me have motivation to learn the calc 3.

Teacher made it easy to follow along during practive

Other comments or suggestions::

Alexi is the best TA I've ever had. She knows how to approach students' problems effectively. Her explanations also make a lot of sense. Also, her voice is calm and reminds me of Taylor Swift so it's a nice change from hearing other professors speak.

She should be a professor, it's kind of disappointing being taught by someone who is so much better at their craft than all their peers, because it's almost an almost certainty my DiffEq recitation will be worse than my current class.

She is a great TA.

this was my favorite class. most of what I learned throughout the semester was from her recitation, not the lecture, she did a really good job of making sure we understood it. from the first recitation, I gave her feedback on what I thought of the class because she said it was her first time teaching. she seemed very comfortable and eager to help us learn. I also admired that she dressed stylish and attractive every class, it inspired a positive start to the class.

Alexi was able to explain complex concepts in multiple ways to help for a better understanding of the material. She was an overall very good instructor.
