What do you like best about this course?:

Positive teaching environment.

She does a great job of reviewing material and explaining concepts through her planned activities for class.

Very patient, kind instructor

It was interesting.

Instructor was very helpful

I liked the format Alexandra Hoeft had in the course. It was very structured and she always had a good grasp of keeping on schedule.

The TA was very kind, enthusiastic, and helpful during the recitation meetings.

Interesting topics.

It was mathematical!

If you were teaching this course, what would you do differently?:

Try to leave more time to answer homework questions in recitation

Assign a small amount of homework problems each week to help pad grades

Nothing really. I feel like this is the best recitation section I've had at the moment.

Nothing else.

Nothing really, the class and recitation were taught extremely well. Unlike Statics.

In what ways, if any, has this course or the instructor encouraged your intellectual growth and progress?:

No way really.

She ties all the ideas together for us to understand how one topic relates to the next and adds meaning to what we are learning.

Good one on one practice

She encouraged getting work done ahead of time and doing well on the exams. She also encouraged understanding the concepts.

She always would have some interesting insights to add about some of the things that were presented in the sections of the lecture we were going over.

To be more enthusiastic about learning new material.

Reviews and examples.

Taught me to appreciate the fine things in life like all the dxs and the dys along with the dVs and dAs. Honestly, i appreciate all the infinitesimal things that I never appreciated before.

Other comments or suggestions::

Alexi is a great TA and I hope she continues to teach at Rutgers. She actually cares about her students and wants us to succeed. She is VERY nice and has an awesome personality. PROMOTE THIS WOMAN.

If any of these are read, an email to me with the subject being "hey bhavesh" would be interesting.
